Right color | Wrong lesson

March 17, 2012

Right color. Wrong lesson. Grade school students miseducated through educator substitution of improper object for traditional object of annual veneration.

St. Patrick‘s Day has been replaced as the name for the school’s celebration surrounding the popular holiday. It’s been replaced with the generic “O’Green Day.” […]  ”O’Green Day / Tasting’ of the Green,”

On this day, students are apparently being encouraged to wear green and they  will be treated to special, green colored vegetables in the cafeteria. “I think it’s really stupid,” says local resident Janet Carlyle.

Are there no limits to the ignorance of credentialed educators? It is not vegetables that are to be artificially colored with green coloring and then consumed in annual ceremonial festivity. It is beer.
