Peak years

March 11, 2012

Those years best adapted to pleasant living.

According to a new book by Dr David Bainbridge, between 40 and 60 is when we   reach our “evolutionary peak”. This is the time when we become perfectly   adapted to the needs of family and society. Physically, things do   deteriorate, eye-sight and so on, but brain power doesn’t and we become   better at managing our lives. http://tgr.ph/xZIqcG
