(Psa 119:164 NKJ) Seven times a day I praise You, Because of Your righteous judgments.

Mini-lesson: Righteous judgements sometimes bring discomfort. But, nevertheless, praise (and thanksgiving) are not out of place.

    Psalms tell us to pray three times a day (55:17), but to give praise seven times a day.
